Rename Discourse titles

Due to the different choices of different Discourse providers I have this noisy list of subscriptions on the main page:

• A Talk
• B Forum
• C Forums
• D Community
• E Discourse

(where A-E are placeholders for single or multiple words and abbreviations).

I would like to be able to rename them in this App and see those custom names (in this App only):

• A’
• B’
• C’
• D’
• E’

(where A’-E’ are my own variants of A-E)

Can you please implement renaming Discourse titles?

While this may seem easy, its more complicated to implement since site names come from other places like notifications, etc that are not tied to your “renamed” community.
